RECIPE

  1. 1 - 10 inch wrap

  2. Ithaca Hummus Buffalo Ranch Flavor (2TBS)

  3. Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce (1TBS & additional 2TBS)

  4. 1/2 Cooked Chicken Breast

  5. Mayonnaise (2TBS)

  6. Avocado (3 slices)

  7. Dairy-Free Mozzarella Cheese (1/4 cup)

  8. Pre-made Coleslaw (1/4 cup)

  9. Salt & Pepper to taste

  10. Additional Buffalo Sauce or Ranch for Dipping

STEP 1

Prepare buffalo chicken. Mix together 2TBS Buffalo Sauce, Mayo, and Shredded Chicken Breast. Season to taste and place to the side.

STEP 2

Mix together 1TBS of Buffalo Sauce & 2TBS of Hummus

STEP 3

Cut 5 in straight slit in tortilla wrap, from center of wrap to the side.

STEP 4

Starting from left of slit, look at tortilla as 4 quarters, on first quarter, place buffalo chicken mixture

STEP 5

On next quarter, place buffalo hummus mixture and top with avocado slices.

STEP 6

On next quarter, place dairy free cheese.

STEP 7

On last quarter, place coleslaw mixture

STEP 8

Starting with the coleslaw quarter, fold the quarter onto the cheese quarter, then continue flipping to cover the hummus-avocado quarter, then lastly flip onto the chicken quarter. This will make the wrap look like a triangle with a circular bottom.

STEP 9

In preheated, lightly oiled skillet, place wrap and push down with a spatula. Cover and let cook until golden on the bottom and flip over until golden on both sides. You want cheese to be melted!!

STEP 10

Cut wrap in half if desired and serve! Good sides can be additional coleslaw or buffalo sauce and ranch to dip! ENJOY!!
