Who wants a healthy protein shake! This recipe is a delicious cold treat to follow a successful day at the gym, or even for an early morning wake up snack. Displayed in a rustic mason jar, topped with an eco-friendly reusable straw, is our perfect protein smoothie for you.
Ingrediants include:
1 Whole Banana
4 Strawberries
8-12 Blueberries
Almond Milk
Ice Cubes (add until texture desired)
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (30 grams of whey protein; use vegan protein as a vegan option)
